I was anxious to wake up this morning (what a strange way to describe the expression of eagerness?) because I can’t wait to drink my daily morning coffee with my new mug! The same 2-in-1 coffee mix with the same quantity of brown sugar, tasted so much better today than it was yesterday. Ok, so I am making this sound like I’ve bought myself a magic mug, it’s true!!!!
The next thing I am going to do is to bug Mike to buy me some digestive cookies so that I can have nice and happy tea breaks too. See that little brown wolf (or is he a fox? whatever, he is just so cute) in the dish? I can’t bear to starve him, so I am guessing he loves digestive cookies just like I do.
With this new little girl mug set from the little happy shop, I am more determined to make myself a red riding hood doll set.
Although the little happy shop is not a handmade products online shop, it’s definitely an indie shop run by the sweetest lady – Ruth. I have met her in person some few months ago (I have lost track of time really, and I have the impression it was just not so long ago.. oh wait, I think it’s before my last birthday in October. Gosh! Time rockets faster than I could grasp!) and I can’t tell you how much I love this sweetie.
The Little Happy Shop (don’t you already fall in love with the shop’s name?) houses many adorable and happy items, as if determined to make your day sparkles with delightful joy.
I have ordered one set of mug set for my friend whose birthday was just passed the April’s fool, I have so much confident in Ruth, I ordered the set from her and requested for gift wrapping service and sent straight to my friend. I am sure that she did a great job with the gift presentation, as my friend responded very positively after she received the gift.
I am a firm believer that the container of the food that we are putting into our mouths, makes a whole world of difference to the taste. (My sister quoted this to her friends many times before, saying, ‘my sister says that the drink tastes better if the glass is beautifully crafted’) I used to buy different glasses for different drinks, they are just too nice to give a pass on, agree? It makes me feel like I am appreciating every drop of the drink, as though giving every due respect to the drink.
